Which Vehicles give best Results?

Turbo-Diesel vehicles give best results due to them producing more torque at lower rpm. It is also possible with turbo Petrol but the gains are not  as good. With naturally aspirated engines it is possible but the gains are extremely minimal

Make sure your vehicle is well serviced and alignment of your wheels is good
Narrower tyres will decrease the rolling resistance therefore improving economy but sacrifice's handling
